Exploring What Matters to You
Life is wonderfully chaotic, fluid, and sometimes overwhelming. When the ebb and flow starts to feel like a current you can’t swim against — that’s where coaching comes in.
My one-to-one sessions are a dedicated space to explore what matters to you, at your pace, without judgement. I’m not here to unpick your past or tick off goals that don’t actually change anything. I’m here to help you move from where you are now towards a life that feels like yours.
What We Can Work On
I work across a wide range of areas. If you’re not sure where you fit, don’t worry, just get in touch and we’ll work it out together.
- Neurodivergence: navigating life with a beautifully wired brain, with or without a diagnosis
- Gender identity: exploring, affirming, and expressing who you are
- Sexuality: finding your way through questions of attraction, identity, and self-expression
- Polyamory, ethical non-monogamy and open relationships: support for navigating non-traditional relationship structures
- Kink and BDSM: a non-judgemental space to explore kink as part of your identity and life
- Life changes: menopause, redundancy, bereavement, transitions… a career pivot that’s forced you to question who you are without the job title, or realising your twenties didn’t look like everyone else’s and wondering why
And if you’re self-employed or run your own business — coach, freelancer, consultant, creative — this often hits differently. There’s no boss enforcing your off switch, no colleague to reality-check the spiral. Client feedback, a quiet inbox, or one bad week can feel like proof you’re failing, when really it’s your nervous system doing exactly what it always does.
No challenge is too trivial or too large. If it matters to you, it matters to me.
What to Expect
You’re in charge of what we talk about and when. My job is to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge the beliefs and assumptions that might be getting in your way — always with respect, never with an agenda.
Sessions take place online via Google Meet or Zoom, at a time that works for you. I may occasionally suggest something to try between sessions, but there’s no homework pressure — and if something doesn’t land, we’ll explore why, which is often just as useful.
My coaching is always:
Personal — built around you, your situation, and where you want to go. No templates, no tick-lists.
Respectful — I challenge gently, through questions, never through judgement.
Actionable — you’ll leave each session with something to take forward, whether that’s a new perspective, a strategy, or simply more clarity.
