Nice to Meet You…
Hi there! I’m Emma Leadley (they/them) — a transformative coach for people who don’t swim in the mainstream. I work with folk who identify as queer, polyamorous, chronically ill, kinky and/or neurodivergent, and I speak the lingo because I live it too.

I’m non-binary, polyamorous, AuDHD, and chronically ill. I’ve experienced first-hand what it feels like to break free from the stigma and pathologising that society loves to dish out — and I bring that understanding to every session.
What coaching with me looks like
My coaching is person-centred, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirmative. Rather than unpicking your past, I help you focus on the future — challenging your beliefs and assumptions gently and respectfully, to give you greater insight into your inner world.
Think of me as a compass, not a sat-nav. I don’t give advice or tell you where to go. Together, we co-create personalised, actionable steps towards a life that feels genuinely yours.
My training and credentials
I hold an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching (accredited by the ICF, EMCC, and Association of Coaching), plus:
- ADHD Works Coach Certificate
- Insight Coach Practitioner Certification
- FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health
- Certificate in Healing Trauma: Integrative Strategies for Body, Mind and Emotions
- NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
- Group Coaching and Facilitation Certificate
- Gendered Intelligence: Working Alongside Trans, Gender Diverse & Questioning People
